This Could Get Dark

A podcast about mental health

About Our Podcast

In a world full of trauma, stigma and shame, two women (who are not medical professionals!) fearlessly fight to illuminate the dark corners of their minds! Come be alone with our thoughts with us!

With over a decade of friendship and well over a decade's worth of therapy combined, we know our way around our brains (usually, sort of). We have always bonded over our mental health struggles and are finally taking the dive to share this journey with you!

Our tattoos together

Come venture through the inner workings of our minds as we unpack our journey thus far. Our focus is to continue to heal, grow and spread awareness on mental health issues. We don't know where this will go, but we do know this could get dark!

  • After spending a few days in the ICU in 2018 my mental health spiraled. I've been working ever since to get my mental health back on track and through the help of medication and lots and lots of self work I finally feel like I'm on steady ground.
  • I want to share my experiences so that others don't feel so alone and can find the beauty in their brains!
